Great property but restaurant was average. Dinner I had there was below average. Salmon was over cooked and served with partially reheated vegetables. Also, disappointing that cuisine was Italian vs Japanese.

The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The high tech tub was awesome. The staff were very friendly, and they have Netflix which is great when you've been travelling for weeks and just want a night in! There is no elevator, carrying our luggage up to the third floor was a bit of a pain.

The room had a kitchen with a cook top but no tea towels, cutlery, utensils, pots or pans.
The room was not cleaned during our stay.
There was no elevator, only stairs which made it difficult as we had to carry out luggage up 3 flights.
