I love the area it’s very lively and the are several shops and dining in walking distance. The Hotel itself is well kept. The room was not spacious but it was clean smelled nice and they provided essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a robe and bedroom shoes. The staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with any questions. In the lobby they provided complimentary drinks for everyone not just water. The train and bus station is practically next door providing access all over the city from the airport to Tokoyo Disney. I will definitely book this hotel again

Staff was super excellent! They were very helpful from check-in until we checked out this morning. They tried hard to help us with our luggage transport which was our fault (lesson learned: don’t bring huge luggages when on vacation). We wish we stayed a bit longer with them. Thank you, Il Fiore staff. We made our 1 night stay with you so memorable.

It was a good place to stay. It is right by the bus and train station. Relatively near the Tokyo Disneyland. Breakfast area can be bigger and staff more welcoming.

Property was overall ok, and very convient and centrally located to transportation to Disney and other areas. Notes: bathroom was renovated weirdly, small huge step to walk up and the toilet seat/bidet didn’t fit properly. So if you are sitting the cover is resting on your back, when standing you have to hold the cover up.

I had the room for 8 days. The room was fairly small with two beds and a fold out futon, which is given for anything in Japan The bathroom was also small, overall cleanliness and facilities worked perfectly. Toilets with a bidet and hot water at any given time. The room also had a small TV with basic channels, small refrigerator/freezer, and hot plate to boil water for matcha powder the hotel provided everyday.
