A Fantastic Stay in Kyoto
We recently spent four nights at this hotel in Kyoto and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was incredibly convenient, just a two-minute walk from a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.
Every staff member was exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and a bow.
Our room was a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese aesthetics. It featured two full-size beds and was surprisingly spacious. We especially loved the subtle Japanese touches, like the tatami mat area and the beautiful wooden tub, which added a unique charm to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

This is our favorite hotel in Kyoto! The rooms are big with a table and seats near the beds. It’s great for a family. The hotel is close to the Kyoto station and you have easy access to buses, subways and trains. The staff at the hotel are so helpful! We loved Toru cafe across the street!

Great location, very nice hotel rooms. Breakfast was good, although a bit more options and variation on daily basis would be great!
The only issue we had was with cleaning. We put the clean my room tag outside our room and it still wasn't clean. The receptionist on enquiry said the staff probably got confused with the do not disturb sign as that is simiar too and that staff has gone home. this was disappointing. Everything else was great

Amazing property in the heart of Kyoto. Refined, modern, quiet with a supremely satisfying breakfast buffet in Kanra Kitchen each morning, adding this on to your hotel booking is a must, great value and high quality. Twin room in annex building was plenty of space for our family of 4, our boys enjoyed sleeping on the tatami mats in their own beds in the floor, enjoyed the sleek vibe of the room and wonderful shower and wooden soaking tub. Free sake, beers, wine and juice in the lobby lounge a nice touch. Convenient to bus and subway lines to explore the city. This hotel was perfect!

Such an amazing hotel experience. We had a suite for 4 and we loved it! Very relaxing in the middle of the city with its own onsen. From its own garden entering the room to the peaceful aesthetics of the room, it provided the perfect oasis after busy days walking through Kyoto. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was beautiful and traditional and spacious for four adults. The staffs were friendly and spoke good English. We stayed during July and it was too hot to walk so we used taxi but close to major touristic attraction places. 7-11 is very close by. I will definitely stay again if I have an opportunity.
