Hotel Keihan Nagoya

It’s a basic room we stayed in for one night. Nothing spectacular or especially comfortable.

Very clean and nice. The front desk was amazing! Nice sheets and shower!

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions. It's also close to public transport if you need to travel further afield. The rooms are a little tight with not a lot of space for luggage. I was stsying there with my family of 3 people.

I stay in hotel every week and this hotel is up there staff excellent room clean and practical breakfast very good metro 5 minutes walk 10 out of 10

Easy check-in, convenience location

The standard twin room with 2 single beds we stayed in was not big enough for us. If you have plenty of luggage then this is not the room to book. I found urine smell in the toilet as soon as we came in the room. The hotel itself was nice overall. The subway station is close by but did not have a lift which was a problem for us as we had 3 big luggages. It is a 10 minute walk to the Oaisis 21 bus terminal and underground shopping and about 20 minutes walk to the Osu shopping district.

Our room was clean while on the smaller side. Good location to Nagoya station and walkable to other restaurants. We had an issue with our rental car on a remote road and the hotel staff (Inna) was so helpful when we needed assistance.

Close to the train station and convenient store, lots of restaurants to choose from

The room is in very bad condition. Wall have lots of scratches. Carpet and curtain have lots of stains.

(1) Location is good, have parking area right next to the hotel, if the hotel parking is fully occupied. (2) Hotel lobby furniture is old but clean, hotel room carpet can feel it is old, wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Level 2 microwave room cleanliness could be improved (11th Feb around 10am). furniture in the room is shaky. (3) Female staff who helped to check-in (9th Feb around 4pm) was really good, but male staff (10th Feb around 8pm) treated my wife unprofessionally near the hotel parking area when we request to park our car at the hotel parking while we saw a car just drove out from the hotel. However the male staff told us the hotel parking was fully booked. on 7th July 2024, i was told by the hotel via email, that the hotel parking (10nos.) is on a first-come-first-served basis, but on the day we needed the parking, the male staff told my wife was fully booked. And the staff wanted to us to their Jumbo Parking site which is far away. Knowing the parking rate, we still decided to park our car at the parking lot next to the hotel for convenience (3600yen), and the weather was cold too. My reviews are comparing my stayed experience with the hotels under 'Keihan' group in Tenmabashi Ekimae, the hotel price range are about the same. We will book the Hotel Tenmabashi Ekimae again, but may look for alternative hotel if we are coming back to Nagoya.

Great property and stay at Keihan Nagoya. Room was very clean and surprisingly more spacious than expected. Convenient location, yet not too near crowded areas. 5 mins walk to the train station as well.

Other than the fact that the rooms are super small, everything was good or excellent. The bathrooms are clean and are all by toto. Lobby smells (nice scent) and looks good when you walk in. Staff are willing to help with arranging for our luggage to be shipped to storage for pick up near our next location (airbnb). 11am check out is nice as most places have 10am a check out. Was able to drop off luggage early to store before check in. Overall good

The floor carpet is dirty. No cleaning.

Amazing, very walkable, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a little expensive but there’s a lot of places around to eat. Best hotel in our Japan experience
