Great place, beat bed I've had so far out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Only issue was I had no idea if they had a laundry room or microwave anywhere like my previous hotels. Other than that, really beatiful hotel near so many cool sights.

Wonderful breakfast, 7 stars!!! Liked the gym but payment and restrictions were a little confusing. The round pillar in the middle of our room was strange at first but we made good use of it.

It’s wonderful to have a three night stay here. The room is spacious and clean, staffs are helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Luffy’s statue.

The hotel had ample parking and spacious grounds - perfect if you are doing a lot of driving. Not centrally located but easy access to bypass and airport road which lets you skip downtown congestion. Breakfast was uninspired for the price; you're better off buying at the Lawson's down the street.

Tissue paper out so had to call service. The only one ice machine at hotel was out of order! Had to call service desk again.

Overall the stay was good we were upset because on the website it said a pool was available and when me and my family went to the pool we were told we weren’t allowed to because we did not live in Kumamoto. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and my kids were very upset

マラソン参加のため前日宿泊しました。ダメ元でチェックアウト後、つまりレース中に車をそのまま駐車させて欲しいと聞いたらマラソンが終わられたらごゆっくりお帰りになられて下さい。追加料金は要りませんとのこと。
素晴らしい心配りにホテルはもちろん熊本ももっと好きになりました

フィットネスクラブ(プール含む)が無料で使えるのが特長。それと朝食のコスパはかなり高いです。中心部からは少し距離ありますが、水前寺公園に近く、市電の本数も多いので、気になりません。
