The staff were really helpful, I'd had a silly problem with the coin lockers downstairs (Didn't realise you need to touch the screen before tapping your IC card to open it, so couldn't get my luggage out) and the concierge kindly came all the way down to help me out and was understanding even when it had all turned out to be a silly mistake. The rooftop space is really nice and the vending machine there is very reasonable, the room itself was obviously new and well-maintained and even looking at the planes so close you don't hear them so the soundproofing is good.
