We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Monterey Sendai. It has an old world charm, and the spa on the top floor is delightful. It is very close to the central train station and in a fantastic part of the city. Highly recommend the hotel- we would definitely stay there again.

部屋に入った瞬間トイレの便座が外れているのに気が付いた。理由は分からないがチェックイン前に清掃した人が意図的にフロントに連絡していないと想像している。また古いホテルなので様々な所で匂いが全体的に臭く、古い施設の悪い典型のホテル。 チェックアウトの時にフロントで問題点を少し指摘したが、女性スタッフから全然悪びれない表情でただ言葉だけの謝罪をされ、とても気分が悪かった。
