Hotel Mystays Premier Narita

Very nice and tidy. The room is spacious and bright. The hotel offered various services and facilities.

The staff was courteous and accomodating. The location is amazing. I loved the beautiful koi pond.

We enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended. Breakfast was great. shuttle bus service is not only to/from Airport but to/from Narita Station, and Aeon Shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Check in staff was courteous and spoke English. Exceptional customer service from everyone. Koi pond was so beautiful and my kids loved it!!! Family mart had many great last minute souvenir items. Best part was the size of the rooms. Great for families!!! The beds are huge. Room service food was delicious.

We love this hotel. It was our second time staying. The koi in the garden pond are a big highlight. We also enjoy the swimming pool. The store is convenient and has good prices. The chicken skewers are delicious and not fried, so healthy too! Look for the paper crane earrings as a wonderful souvenir to bring home for anybody who wears earrings. The staff are lovely.

Convenient for airport transport. Older hotel but still clean and convenient. Would stay again!

We mostly stay here when visiting Japan to see our Son’s family & our Grandchildren. We always enjoy our stay & the cheerful welcoming staff. They are always friendly.

Pretty good for a short stay near the airport. Would recommend.

Towel storage was very high for me to reach. There were signs of being a bit rundown, mildew in bathroom. Older tiles in pool and spa area. Worn out plastic chairs and lounges in pool area. The outside garden was lovely but overall very little thought to accessibility seemed evident, I. e. Low railings, on stairs and down the hills in the garden. Very high prices for the buffet as well. This Senior doesn’t eat $22 worth of breakfast!

Good balance of service and price

Shuttle available for sightseeing and to the airport. Some facilities not available in the morning e.g. pool, tennis court. Very picturesque garden. Nice buffet breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Excellent facilities and customer service — would definitely return The hotel is a massive property with a lot to offer — excellent customer service, a 24/7 Family Mart on-site, two restaurants (Japanese and Chinese), a breakfast buffet, a tennis court, an indoor pool, and a sauna. They even have an onsen (hot spring) available for just $5. The staff were very attentive and helpful — a refreshing change compared to the often rushed service you might experience elsewhere in a busy city like Tokyo. Free shuttle from and to the airport and to the mall as well. A beautiful garden in the property, with a small waterfall and beautiful fishes. Our room was very spacious, with a bathtub and plenty of comfort. It was a bit warm even though the air conditioning was set to 15°C, but the hotel promptly provided a portable air conditioner, which helped a lot. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the hotel’s great amenities and attentive service made it a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back!

liked zen garden, good customer service, shuttle to airport

Arriving from a 10day cruise and doing an overnight stay at NRT. Initially stayed at Narita Gateway when we arrived which had good shuttle service and good buffet but we (5pax) decided to change hotels as we found Gateway too dtd. and full of mainland Chinese Tour Groups which made the hotel quite hectic. Mystays Premier was an earlier options which was slightly more expensive. It had the same shuttle services but with exclusive to the Hotel only buses that made it a winner! Despite volume of guest (it’s a flight crew hotel) front desk was great and they even received a package for us before we arrived. Didn’t book breakfast since we have an early flight but their shuttle service opens as early as 6am (and breakfast buffet also)
