Hotel Mystays Sapporo Nakajima Park Annex

Like: Big clean rooms Dislike: Area is a bit dark at night Bathroom is a bit tight

When we arrived, We went to the wrong hotel, Hotel mystays Sapporo najima park instead of Annex. So be sure to check your booking properly before making your way to your hotel. Good thing it was nearby and we were by car so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. When we reached the hotel, it’s smaller than the other hotel and it wasn’t able to accommodate parking for our car. It has a specific height and width requirement for car parking which I overlooked. The staff provided with a parking map and guide to indicate where we could park our car, which was useful. Based on the map, there are a few parking spots nearby the hotel but it’s really based on availability. Some days when parking if full, we had to park further back. The hotel itself has a quiet and safe environment. The room is Clean and has the basic amenities we needed. There are tea bags provided. Other things like, shower cap etc can be taken on self-service at the lobby. Ice, microwave, laundry services and vending machines are located at level 2 of the hotel. Our room was conveniently located at level 2. No water dispenser available. Perhaps it would be great if there is a change coin machine for laundry mat too. The room adequately fits us, a family of 2 adults with 2 small children. The kids are happy as long as there is a bathtub. Staff is friendly and professional, ready to assists us when we needed any help. Overall we had a good stay!

It was a new experience for me because bathrooms are shared. Everything did work out well.

The hotel was clean and well kept. It was close to the subway station in Nakajima Park. Cheaper than the other larger hotels but still a great value. There is also a common room on the second floor which was good for our group!

Rooms were small but comfortable. Kitchen and laundry on 2nd floor was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

No parking for most of the guess

Everything great about it, close to the subway (5 min walk). I didn't realise there were no laundry facilities, but that was my fault for not checking.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the location convenient. Would recommend it!

Nice hotel and room. very small bath room

Good place with reasonable price. The location is a little bit far from the subway station NakajimaKoen, but still within easily walkable distance. You can get to Susukino by around 20-25 min of walking from the hotel so it is not a problem. Clean room, friendly staff.

the staff is helpful. the location is a little bit remote from the shopping area. standard double room size is acceptable, at least can open 28" luggage easily

Free laundry services, cleanliness and ammenities

Overall the hotel is fine. It is comfortable and clean. Good wifi. The staff at the front are friendly and helpful. I was annoyed by the fact that I was told that I would be charged 500 JPY for a lost KEY CARD, which the hotel has hundreds of. Also the cleaning staff didn't have the sharpest people. Not a bad hotel. Just don't lose your key card...

It was so comfortable

The staff over here are vary friendly and the location also vary strategies. Nearby the interests places. Only thing is that they can only speek Japanese and a little bit of English.

Overall this place is nice to stay. Walking distance to subway station and close to a mini mart. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty nice hotel. Very clean and modern. A lot of pillows on the bed. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and big. There was no coffee in the room, only tea, so I bought my own. No restaurant in the hotel and not much in the area, so you need to walk a little bit. The chair in the room was pretty uncomfortable, so doing work at the desk wasn't really pleasant. Overall, this was a decent hotel and I would certainly stay again.

Room itself was a fairly generic hotel room. Communal kitchen area across the hall a nice touch. Room was not very clean - hair on the bathroom wall, previous guest's forgotten possessions under bed. Air con very very loud and permanently on - like being on a plane. It was cheap and last minute so can't really complain.
