The hotel ia pretty old, there is no on site parking, not very convenient for those who drive. There's no proper lobby for drop off as well. You may need to park illegally by the roadside to unload your baggages. There are alot of food options nearby though. Famous miso ramen right opposite the back door, good izakaya nearby and Lawson right behind the back door too.

The hotel is clean, fresh and organized. It can be more ideal and convenient with complimentary bottled water in the room. Receptionists can be a little bit more accommodating or perhaps more equipped with the English language. I think that hinders them from conversing more with foreign guests.

Very clean, good location, convenient coin operated laundry on the 6th floor.

Like the onsen n breakfast service. Dont like the tap in room-need to mix hot and cold water to get temperature. This causes wastage of water. Trying to find out if hotel has a recycling bin.

Pleasant overall. Could be improved if they provide water. Also not all front desk staff were polite or helpful.

Bed was very uncomfortable, especially the pillow and blanket. The air conditioner is too loud. Fridge is too loud too and we couldn't use it. Bathroom has stinky smell all the time even after staff cleaned it. Front desk staff are not friendly and they never say hi to you when you walk by.

Location good, close to susukino, walkable to Nijo, Tanukikoji, Odori park and even Sapporo via the underground passage. Hotel was clean and had self-laundry facilities which was great. There was also a microwave, ice machine and drinks vending machines. I stayed in a semi-double room which was small. I think it's ok for one person but two people with a big suitcase each would struggle for space. The room also become very hot because the air-con temperature was not adjustable. The corridor outside was much cooler and pleasant. We actually had to open our door and window to get some cool air in. We saw another room with their door wedged open too, presumably for the same reason. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for the price i paid (approx. AUD60/night).

It was a little small and cramped but the location and amenities are great!

Nice and clean hotel. Room is big enough. But we cannot find a location on google map and the taxi driver doesn't know the hotel. It seems the hotel name was changed recently.

Good newly renovated hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to susukino train station. You can take a taxi to JR sapporo for around 1200-1400yen.
