there are plenty of convenince near hotel. Ikebukero west exit station is about 7- 8 minutes walk. Good place to stay but quote noisy at night due to no sound proof. Overall, good,

This hotel was outdated and had stains around the walls, shower curtains, and other small areas. As far as I could tell the bed was clean but the room and restroom in particular had a bad stench. I think I “what I paid for” but in the future I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for something a bit nicer. On a positive note it wasn’t to far from train stations

The staff were always very friendly towards us. Most speak English or understand English. Just keep in mind, it is hotel policy to return your key every day you leave and you’ll get it back when you return. Plenty of shopping in the area, family mart and 7/11 are within 1 block of the hotel, domino’s is next door, and Ikebukuro station is a 5-8 minute walk from the door. Highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable place that’s easily accessible to the greater Tokyo area. (The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny, other than that, there’s absolutely no complaints)

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was super tiny, molded, and outdated in my tiny room. The room was unbearably hot that I had trouble sleeping for the four nights I stayed there

The room was clean due to daily maid service however the building is incredibly old and needs an update. I did find a bed bug in the lobby. The nearest train station was a bit of a walk by Tokyo standards. The area was dirty and shady. The experince was fine but there are better choices in Tokyo.

Great location in an amazing nabourhood. Room was the size I expected but beds were very hard, I think the carpeted floor was softer. Wifi was slow and spotty, many times would loose connection for over an hour.

The room was very small and conjusted.. The area around the hotel was good , the station and convenience store was nearer to the hotel . One of the hotel staff behavior was not so good and friendly … overall it was ok
