室内はルートインっぽい部屋でまったく問題なし。
朝はスナック的なご飯もついてるのでそれも良い。
ドア出て他の客と顔合わせて気まずい感じにならない
のも良いと思います。このシステムが発展して温泉コンテナとかできるとさらに良いかな(^^

雨音は、響きましたが概ね静かに滞在できました。
出張工事での利用だったら全く問題有りません。
また、利用したいです。

多くはないが、最低限のコンビニ、飲食店や薬局があり、数泊する程度ならば事欠かない。ホスピタリティを求めず、ゆったりと翌日に向けた心身のコンディションを整えるコスパの良い宿泊施設が欲しい方には好適。

サービスですが、冷凍食品のレパートリー増加や日替わり的な面等あれば面白い。
不満点があるとすれば、
トイレの間口が狭い。テレビ前の椅子があぐらできるぐらいの広さがあれば良い。
