Hotel Route Inn Mitsuke Nakanoshima Mitsuke Inter

I overslept on the day of check out and passed check out time about 10 min. Meantime received 3 phone calls from the front to reminded me. As I approached the front desk and apologized, the front desk clerk appeared to be unhappy with me with very little words. I was waiting for my sister to pick me up and the same clerk welcomed the other guest with totally different attitude. Understanding that I was late for checking out but I believe that the professional approach must be maintained in the hospitality industry regardless of the situation. This hotel’s check out time is 10am whereas other hotels I’ve stayed are 11am. If I didn’t feel this way, the review would have been 5 stars.

Amazing view of the mountain range from the hotel room. We even saw a Shinkansen zoomed pass. Hotel staff are attentive and helpful too.

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Even despite my rather broken Japanese, they were willing to work through it and help my wife and I through anything we needed (such as getting our room, taxi service, daily necessities, etc.) Also, there is an enourmous grocery store right next to it that is so, so much fun to explore and is also full of super helpful staff and curious townsfolk.

This hotel is excellent for car travelers.

スタッフの対応が非常に良い。

二日目に夕飯は疲れて部屋で食べようと思っていた所、醤油がなくて困っていました。 フロントへ電話をして見たら すぐ対応していただき、醤油を準備していただけました。 有り難かったです。 ありがとうございました。 団体がいて、その配慮もあり、 食堂もお風呂も空き状況が見れるので助かりました。 また利用したいです。

食事が美味しく、郷土料理が味わえました。部屋は広く清潔でした。 また、泊まりたいです。

すぐ近くにスーパー等の複合店があり、不便さは感じませんでした。

夜レストランで食事している時、ラストオーダーの時間になり、オーダーを聞きに来るのは良いが、まだ食事しているのにそれを遮る様に会計を持って来て、サインを求めて立って待っている！　閉店30分前にです！ 早く帰りたいのは分かるが、疲れてゆっくり食事をしているのに、急かされて非常に嫌な感じになった！

総じて、値段なりだと思うので、宿を安く、大浴場があって、なおかつ、清潔にすごしたい、と思う人にはオススメです。朝食のバイキングも、値段なりで、そこそこ、普通においしく、食べられます。 　ただ、リゾート旅館や、リゾートホテルのような、高級をもとめるのであれば、 違うと思う。 　総じて、良かったです。
