This hotel was really good. Bathroom was spotless. Very close to both Otemachi & Kana stations. Super easy to get in and around. Good dinning options & right in front of it there is coffee place open from 7 am. Will think about staying here again if I were to come back to Japan.

Everything was awesome BUT the breakfast: meatballs w/ spaghetti sauce d soup for breaky ?? The runniest scrambled eggs this side of Okinawa. Other than that awesome place.

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and competent, meeting all of our needs, including shipping items to different locations in Japan. 7-11 convenience store was next door and Kanda train station was less than a ten-minute walk away.

Location was more on the business district far from the tourist attractions other than the imperial palace. Unfortunately the garden was closed on Tuesday my free time to go. But train stations are close by so very convenient. Staff are friendly and courteous.

(2) Hallway to room is exposed to the outdoors (not secure).
(3) The worst breakfast experienced while in Japan (Ironically, we stayed at 2 other Villa Fontaine hotels and the breakfasts were very good.
(4) Hotel is badly in need of a "face-lift"

Enjoyed our stay in Villa Fontaine -otemchi. Surprisingly, the room is very spacious for family of 4. Would definitely come back and highly recommended
