A great place to stay Kept room clean for us every day. Bed was king size and room had lots of shelves to put your things It was sooo quiet and a dark room too for a great sleep!

Super friendly staff. Room was very clean. Not a lot of room for luggage but it did its job. Big bathroom.
Maybe a 10 minute walk from the train station. Lots of little food places nearby to eat at. Several convenience stores within a block or 2. It’s in a safe area. If you look like a tourist you might get offered a massage while walking at night. I seen lots of family’s enjoying the area.

The frontdesk staffs are very friendly and very tentative to your needs. We arrived early in the morning and their willingness to keep our luggages so that we could walk around the city prior check-in. Even though the room is small , overall we are happy with the hotel and definitely come back again next time.

It is what it is. Tokyo is expensive for what you get in terms of product. The area is a little seedy but manageable. Its main redeeming quality is that it is central. The staff were helpful. Don’t opt in for the breakfast collab with the coffee shop. You actually save money purchasing your brunch through the restaurant directly. My advice, invest some more into your vacation upgrade to a better stay.

Great stay. Lovely room, went with queen size as lots of Japan hotel rooms are quite small. Easy travel to other neighbourhoods via metro which was max 12 min walk. In the busy area of Shinjuku which is interesting to walk through at night at times but felt completely safe. Close to other nearby areas E.g. Golden Gai, Omoide Yokocho and all the shopping areas. 7/11 right outside so great for morning coffee run! Would definitely recommend and stay here again if was in Tokyo!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. In a very convenient location near lots of restaurants, stores, clubs, bars etc. A 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station, however in a very busy location so I would not recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot. Overall 9/10 experience!

Great hotel to stay in. Staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Easy and convenient luggage transport. Close to subways stations so you never have to walk or carry belongings far. Convinies right around the corner for snacks. Overall amazing stay and would return again.

Rooms are very clean, but small. Nice size bathroom. Comfortable bed and bed linens. There is a kettle in the room so we picked up tea bags in the lobby. Lots of personal items available in the lobby at no charge. Staff spoke some English, so we were able to communicate okay. Front counter staff as well as cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous. Good location with shopping within walking distance at the Shinjuku train station. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Awesome location. 7-11 , Family mart and Donki are all within 1-2 mins of walking distance. Staff members are friendly amd helpful. Will definitely stay again.
