Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly.
The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything.
Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced.

Beautiful hotel!
For U.S. travelers, the rooms are small in comparison to the average hotel room back home. However, for the pricing and location, we didn't mind at all that the space was tight fit. It accommodated well for the two of us, and we were out most of the days anyways! We were grateful to have a safe, comfortable, friendly, and air-conditioned space to sleep.
Staff is wonderful, and amenities are amazing as always. We also stayed at this chain in Tokyo, which gave us comfort in our decision here.
A few minutes from the station, you can buy a Day Pass for the Enoden line called the "Noriorikun" there for the rail with the green carts that takes you down to Enoshima and eastwards towards other attractions like the Great Buddha statue. You save so much money if you plan to stop at more than two stations to see the nearby temples and beach!

Beautiful hotel!

Affordable price for not too bad location. 5 minute walk to the train station. Room size acceptable, at least I can open two large suitcases and there are still rooms to walk.

今回、2回目の利用でした。ホテルは駅に近く、アクセスが便利でした。部屋は手狭で設備は少し疲れている感はありましたが、ベッドの寝心地は良く、ゆっくり休めました。また、お風呂のお湯を時間がかからず貯められたのは良かったです。無料の朝食のパン、自由に利用できる飲み物、新聞、アメニティの提供等、有難かったです。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。またお世話になりたいです。

well located...but old hotel ...smelly and yet they cleaned my room every single day ..but old cigarettes smell stinks ..and i had forgotten that only beverages and pastry\bread was breakfast ...they usually have excellent buffet breakfast ....

Loved this hotel. It is very close to Fujisawa station, and has extremely friendly staff. Some of the staff has very limited English but we didn't have any trouble communicating the basics. The room was small but we expected that from a Japanese hotel. It had enough room for 2 people and was very clean. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, it was really great. The washer and dryer work fine, perhaps they've fixed it since some of the other reviewers stayed there?
Highly recommended if you're staying visiting Fujisawa or the Kamakura or Enoshima area.

The location is great. It was only a few minutes walk from Fujisama train station which is close to Kamakura-Shonan area, a major sightseeing area near the beach. In order to go to the restaurants, you have to walk to the station and go to the south entrance since the hotel is located in the north entrance. Once you spend a day walking around, it is easy to navigate around the city.
It was very hot in our room everyday during our stay (unusual weather) and we contacted the hotel staff. She was so nice to bring the small fun immediately and suggested to leave the window open. So we slept with our window open all night and it was a little noisy but the fan helped to cover the background noise.
The front staff was very helpful and nice.
