InterContinental Hotels OSAKA, an IHG Hotel

My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse.

The service was impeccable. The hotel smelled wonderful & clean. The gym, bathhouse, pool was a great amenity.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our first trip to Japan, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything i rate at 5 star except for that one time when we checked in at 10pm there was noone at the concierge to take our luggage and we had 5 big ones. But everything else was great. I would definitely come back

The Intercontinental is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and so booked the 2 bedroom residence. Everything - room, hotel amenities, comfort, cleanliness and service was absolutely amazing. The residence was spacious, comfortable and offered fantastic views. Breakfast was so good offering a wide array of food choices. All staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is connected to Ōsaka station via a walkway through the massive Grand Front Ōsaka shopping mall, which made travel connections incredibly easy either via JR or the Ōsaka Metro. Our stay was a true highlight of the trip.

Very Beautiful rooms and great location!

Great hotel. Loved every aspect. Helpful staff, especially Benjamin the bar manager, who gave us great tips on Osaka and recommended fantastic wines and cocktails.
