Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.

Renovation junior suite is excellent choice for family of 4. Breakfast and dinner buffets are quite good. Will be better if there are free flow of drinks for guests.

大浴場の露天風呂がとても広く、温度は少し高めでしたがとても気持ちよかったです。
デラックスルームに泊まったのでお部屋に露天風呂も付いていて、高齢の母もゆっくりとお風呂に浸かる事が出来ました。

スタッフの方の対応はとても良く、お部屋も広くて綺麗でいたが、ユニットバスの内側の扉と、浴室の壁のタイルにカビが生えておりそこがとても残念でした。
大浴場にタオルが置いてなかったので、何度も温泉に入りたい方は、不便だと感じました。
とても良い施設だと思うので、お部屋の清掃の面の強化が課題ではないでしょうか。

始めてお世話になりました。
10代後半の2人の娘と宿泊しましたが、アメニティも充実していて、娘たちも喜んでいました。ビュッフェタイプの夜ご飯と朝食もとても美味しかったです。
無料の夜食のラーメンもとても気が利いていました。
部屋も清潔でキレイでした。
温泉もよかったんですがひとつあるとしたら、寒い日だったせいなのか分かりませんが露天風呂がちょっとぬる過ぎて寒かったです。
これ以外はとても良かったです。
また利用したいと思います。

外国人従業員の教育をもっとしっかりやってほしい。
夕飯時にワインのハーフボトルを頼んだら2泊とも間違えて普通ボトルを持って来た。男性です。
復唱したにも関わらず。心配で何回も確認したにも関わらずです。
良かった点は、連泊の為2日目の夕飯にプラスアルファ料理を追加で用意してくださりありがとうございました。嬉しかったです。

露天風呂の付いている部屋でも温泉ではない部屋があるので注意が必要。温泉でない露天風呂の部屋は広いだけで、私には価値ない、価格に見合うものでなかった。。あとは料理とサービスが酷い。

夕食は，バイクングじゃない方が良かった。
