It was a great stay, 2018 we’ve been stay here with travel group, and we come back as a solo travelers, it was a great stay, we stay for 4 nights and we got upgrade, the view was amazing if the sky clear we can see mount fuji. The room is spacious all clean, hotel is in the city, airport limousine also stop by and from here, its very comfortable. Me and my husband like it very much, will be back for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and hopefully got the best view again 😊

Great hotel with great view of Shinjuku. We were lucky enough that we could see mt. Fuji from our room. Plenty of amenities were refilled every day. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and huge hotel right at the end of the west side pedestrian tunnel to Shinjuku station. Tons of great restaurants and a lovely rooftop bar with food. It also has its own 7-Eleven, great for midnight snacks when you are on midnight Zoom calls to other parts of the world.
The beds are hard - even more so than most Japanese beds, so be warned.
Our only real complaint is the WiFi which is needlessly complicated to authenticate to with a username, password and finally a PIN code on a separate and barely functional Captive Portal web page. Every time you bring your phone back to the room after going outside of the hotel it will force you to fully re-authenticate again. Every time you take your laptop to one of the in-house restaurants or bars, or to the conference rooms in the hotel, it will force you to needlessly re-authenticate AGAIN! Its not rocket science to fix this but the hotel hasn't bothered.

We’ve been long-time fans of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, and it continues to be our go-to choice whenever we visit the city. We always book the Grand Premier rooms with Lounge access and daily breakfast, and it's consistently a luxurious and comfortable experience that we truly look forward to.
During this recent stay, we did encounter some issues with our initial room. However, we were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Premier Lounge staff, who reached out the same evening and arranged for a room change the following day. Their attentiveness and care made all the difference and reminded us why we continue to return to this hotel year after year.
One small disappointment this time was that, as our stay was under 7 nights, we didn’t receive the usual welcome amenity that we had come to appreciate on previous visits. While we understand the policy, it’s a thoughtful touch that adds a special start to our stay, and we hope this can be reconsidered in the future for returning guests.
That said, we absolutely loved the Premier Lounge and spent a lot of time there. The lounge staff were exceptional—gracious, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Very nice property with professional, friendly and helpful staff. Language was not an issue as many staff members spoke at least minimal English (I speak exactly two words in Japanese lol). I enjoyed the location immensely.

The Keio Plaza is in most respects an amazingly good hotel, both in terms of location and amenities. Given the size of the hotel, the gym could perhaps be a bit bigger, but if that's the only complaint you have about a hotel it is doing very well indeed. The Yamanami restaurant is expensive but delicious.

All of the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. We had forgotten some items in the safe and everything was returned to us in tact. The buffet was delicious and had plenty of selection for everyone. The area is safe and very close to the train station. If we ever return to Tokyo, we’ll definitely stay here again.
