The location here is just 5 minutes of walking from Sapporo station (via North Exit). The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I truly recommend you visit and stay here while you're in Sapporo. It's worth trying during Winter.

We booked two rooms for a week in July and staying at the Keio Prelia made our visit to Hokkaido all the more special. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and our views were amazing. The rooms were clean and stylish, as was the rest of the hotel. We especially enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby. We would be very excited about staying here again.

Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future.

Second stay at Keio. Cancelled a different booking to rebook Keio. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room, hotel and amenities were so relaxing and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a missing item I had left in a different room several days before. The only thing I would suggest is that Keio consider providing tattoo cover stickers to enable use of the public bath since there is a no tattoo policy.

Hotel is in a great location with many great places to shop and eat. Close to the train station too. Clean hotel! Room size is perfect! Breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the onsen was usually crowded and a little small. And no skincare amenities provided. Other than that, it was wonderful!

A new and clean hotel close to the Sapporo Train Station. I especially like how they are environmentally conscious. You can choose from cleaning your room, not cleaning your room but change the towels, and not to do anything at all. Instead of giving each room bottled waters like other hotels, you go get your own filtered water from the pantry on each floor. I appreciate the effort in reducing waste!

New, clean, well equipped property at a convenient location. Love the free hot drinks offered at the lounge especially during the exceptionally chilling days in late April. But it’s a bit weird to find the “progress” of the cleansing work of the whole floor displayed on the TV when we were back to our room. I had concern on the privacy and security as the occupancy of different rooms were clearly stated. Pls consider to show only the status of the room concerned. Anyway, we enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Great experience staying here. The beds are comfortable, and the complimentary drinks after 3 pm is a comfort to travelers. It's closed to Hokkaido University, which is pretty.

The hotel rooms were wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were excellent. The location was great. The free tea and coffee was nice. We did not use the spa but it looked great. The only downside of this property is the laundry machines appear to be malfunctioning. We washed a load on the two-hours setting, and our clothes came out smelling like no soap was used. To be literal, our undergarments still smelled of urine…. Besides that, the gym is lacking weights/dumbells - there are just cardio machines. But the cardio machines were new. We would certainly stay here again! But we will wash our clothes in the sink next time.

This hotel is in great location to sapporo station. We were really close to the underground shops. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to odori park where all the snow sculptures were. I would definitely dtay again.
