Its an old and dirty hotel with wallpaper peeling off. There’s thick dust on the curtain. Stain on window frame and washroom wall. The room smelled when I arrived, thanks that there’s a bottle of spray.
You can hear noise on the street and next door because of the thin wall.
The bed is quite hard and the pillow is not comfortable that I suffered from neck pain in the middle of the night.
The only good thing is the location. Its about 10 mins from Kochi station and Hariyama bridge. Lots of restaurants nearby. Just a couple of mins away from one end of the Sunday market.
Overall, I think its not quite up to Japan hotel standard.

便利な場所なので空港への往復がとても楽。チェックインの時間も遅くまでOK。コンビニも食事処も少し散歩すればいろいろあります。24時間スタッフさんが受付ロビーにいるのも安心。アメニティーの種類は少なめですが、ロビーカウンターでドリップコーヒーパックや緑茶なども自由にもらえて部屋で飲めます。

雨の中傘を販売しているにも拘わらず4人分を気持ちよく貸してくれました。食べて飲んで早朝ゴルフの為寝るだけだったのでコスパも良かった。繁華街も徒歩圏内で便利でした。
