The hotel is located in the city center, close to several stations and also within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Because of the strategic location, so if you are tired in the middle of the day, you can rest at the hotel. In front of it, there is Sevel and a free tax store, and there are also many other minimarts around it. For itineraries outside Tokyo, like Kamakura or Kichijoji, the journey is about 1 hour. The room is not too small, worth it for solo travelers who want to explore Tokyo.

Super lovely stay, this was our second stay at this hotel, we stayed for 10 days and every day is perfect, cleanliness, location, services. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Perfect place for a solo traveler. The location of this hotel is perfection. You could still find quietness in the Ginza area. The interior is also brand new, which is great. They even have their own lounge on each floor. Will definitely go back here again!

A lot of shopping that is around the area and 3 really close convenience stores that come in really handy. Great service and hospitality overall, only thing I’d point out is that the tv in the room is a little outdated so you’d have to give up on watching Netflix and such streaming services. Not really a down side but something others might care about. Really close to trains and stations with Tokyo stations being the main hub of everything traveling. Great location overall and hotel to stay at.

A lot of shopping that is around the area and 3 really close convenience stores that come in really handy. Great service and hospitality overall, only thing I’d point out is that the tv in the room is a little outdated so you’d have to give up on watching Netflix and such streaming services. Very comfortable and clean. I had a small double room for myself and it is quite small so I understand the other reviews of couples who have said it’s not big enough for them but perfectly fine by yourself. It has a 7 11 straight opposite one of the exits and not far from a couple of metro stations. Do not have anything bad to say about this place, would stay again.

Great 3 star hotel. Had some of the mod-cons of a 4/5 star hotel especially the comfort. However the rooms were small, they really did pay attention to detail. I stayed on the premium floor with free pancakes in the morning. The room had everything I needed except for an Iron and ironing board. But I knew that. I wanted to check in early and had to pay ¥3000 to do so, which I didn’t like but everything else was really well done. I’d definitely stay here again.

It is self check in and was an issue for me because I booked through Chase travel portal. So the hotel did not have my email address to email me instructions. Luckily another guest was outside and let me in so I could use the hotels phone to call for help. You need a code to enter the hotel (at least safety isn’t an issue). Wish there was a person at the desk to help us. If it weren’t for the guest, I would’ve been stuck outside in the 90 degree heat. We also weren’t able to check in early and since there wasn’t anyone at the desk, we had to lock our luggage on our own in the waiting area. The couple before us did not leave the lock unlocked so we were left no choice but to bring our luggage with us to lunch. The room was small but very clean and beds were comfortable. 5 minute walk from the station and convenient stores

Great stay for families, couples, etc. Location in upscale neighborhood. Walkable to train, restaurants, convenient stores. Room is a bit small but standard for Japanese culture. Loved the biday. No amenities like breakfast or spa but would highly recommend.

The stay was good for the few days we stayed in Tokyo. The room was smaller than expected but we didnt mind as we knew we would be out for most of the day and only spend time in the room sleeping. After a hot day outside the only thing that was troublesome is inserting a card for the AC to work. So by the time we came back in the evening the room was muggy and warm but it took about 15 min until the room became cool. If you can look pass that the location is great as there are 7/11 and family mart stores near by, cafe and great restaurant. Staff were very helpful and kind and helped us transfer our luggage.
