Excellent location for easy walking or public transportation to major tourist sites and shopping. Comfortable quiet room, attentive staff, although as is common in Japan not much space for easy access to suitcases and clothes.

Hotel was in a great location as the bus stop almost right outside the door has plenty of different routes got to it, so always very quick and easy to reach Kanazawa station. Most places within a half an hour walk too. Hotel itself was very clean and tidy, room was a decent size and staff very polite. Check in is at 3 and when we arrived early, they processed our infirmary and stored our luggage but checking if the room was available to go to earlier didn't seem to be an option (although that seems to be a general way of doing things in many hotels in Japan). Can't really fault anything with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we were ever able to come back to Kanazawa.

I have stayed there a few times, mainly for the location, it is very reasonable for what they offer and it’s a modern, but not much frill type of hotel. But very good value. It has aged a bit since it opened eight nine years ago but still looks clean and comfortable. Again, great location next to Daiwa Department store and very central and a great value.

Stayed 2 nights in a moderate queen room. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and an ok size, although it did feel a little cluttered with our two cases on the floor.a block out blind made it easy to sleep. Bathroom was excellent, quite large, with bath and separate shower and plenty of hot water. The only thing missing from the room was a safety deposit box, which seemed a bit odd. It was nice to be able to enjoy free wine, saki and nibbles in the lounge each day too. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we ate out. Location was perfect with the bus stop to and from the station within 50 metres, and all attractions within walking distance. There were also department stores on the doorstep, and numerous convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Reception staff were very welcoming too and spoke good English. Would definitely choose to stay at the hotel if ever in Kanazawa again.

Hotel in a good location just a stroll to Kanazawa castle and gardens. Buses almost at the entrance to get everywhere else, but can also walk to Omicho Market and the Higashi Chaya district. Nice sized room for Japan and complimentary wine and sake every afternoon a lovely offer. Staff were helpful in booking a restaurant for us.

Amazing hotel to stay in. Room was of decent size and food facilities like microwave available on level 7 and ice machines etc. Tons of free sundry goodies. Free drinks (including sake and wines) from 4-8pm everyday. Location was ideal, next to the bus stop and walking distance to key places to see such as the Samurai district. Highly recommended hotel to stay in while your visit in Kanazawa

Loved loved loved this hotel!!! The area was high end surrounded by Gucci, Rolex, and other high end stores. Lots of different types of bars from classy lounges to fantastic hole in the wall places. Everyone is friendly and the staff was amazing. Rooms were big, bed was huge and comfortable. It is completely surrounded by temples and shrines and the castle is a short walk away. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option also.
