I had a wonderful stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, great location (about 10 minutes walk to Chitose station), room is very clean with affordable price. I'll definitely come here again

It was a nice hotel before heading to the airport the next day. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Parking is a bit tight. Overall, it’s a bed and shower … nothing fancy but do you really need more for one night.

We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your helpfulness and warm smiles.

Convenient place to stay near airport. They provide shuttle to airport. We took a bus to get to the hotel. Room was nice and bigger than I expected.

My son had a snow boarding accident and we were staying here on the way to surgery. The hotel was old drab and dirty and the staff tried to charge extra fees beyond what the price shows online. They were unbending and completely unsympathetic. Stay at the best western across the street so much better quality and kinder staff.
