Great stay although the room is small and we were unable to place our luggage under the bed.
The breakfast were not worth to comedown and have them. The portion way too tiny and not much variation.
The areas great, friendly staffs and helpful.

Good hotel room to share with up to 4 adults. Located in Shinjuku near the tower and Godzilla statue that it makes it easy to jump on the metro and get around Tokyo. Stayed with friends and the bathroom is clean and separates the bidet toilet from the sitting shower and tub. The front desk staff are all very kind and easy to grab amenities if you need. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There’s a kettle and refrigerator for any snacks and walking distance to many restaurants or convenience stores if you want something late. Hotel also offers breakfast in the lobby if you pay extra and welcome drinks upon arrival.

The hotel itself is very convenient and right beside the red light district and all the liveliness. If you’ve read all the reviews for this hotel you’d know the rooms are small and exactly as per the photos as expected so don’t complain about the size later on. Amazing hotel. We are a family of 4. With two children 10&12. The kids especially loved the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also lovely and had options for both foodies and fussy eaters.
And it was relaxing to know breakfast was organised when we were still a bit jet lagged. Very clean , very nice staff, comfortable with everything you needed.

Staff is very helpful and the Breakfast is always fresh I would stay again for it’s location in Kabukicho close to the train stations and access to any other destinations you have in mind near or far just plan accordingly for certain places.

cozy hotel with everything you need for a few nights stay. rooms - small, but efficient use of space. impeccably clean. even provided some quality pajama sets. well insulated. never heard neighboring rooms or outside. breakfast buffet was hearty with plenty of japanese and american eats.
neighborhood can get a little “colorful” at night. but totally safe. the real party area is still several blocks away.
pro tip: subway system is awesome. but the airport limo bus is the way to go to:from airport (unlesss during commute hour). nearest station is TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER/Seibu Shinjuku Staton. 2 minute walk to hotel carrying luggage.
