Perfect place for families with young kids. They have wonderful amenities to make travel with small children a breeze

Liked our stay in hotel. It is just opposite Legoland Japan and kids loved the room and lot of brick play areas in lobby and in restaurant. It is also accessible from train (10min walk from Kinjo-foto station). There are few shops and big furniture mall around, other than that needs to catch train. Breakfast has good variety. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Its a bit of a tourist trap, and doesnt offer.much for the high prices they charge. Rooms are neat but again, somewhat dsted, and not much space.

It was great experience. However, when we did workshop, there wasn’t any English translation of what staff was talking about. I do understand Japanese but others were a bit confused. It would be nice to have some English translation written somewhere.

Amazing hotel and childhood dream come true to stay in the Legoland themed rooms. The rooms are the best I have ever experienced, being so incredibly immersive and with excellent facilities. The area around the hotel is unfortunately very limited in food options so best to reserve the in house restaurant which is also very good.

The breakfast is the worst that I ever got in Japan. The room is quite small since we are paying a very high price. You must regret except u are a super fan of Lego or you use that money to buy few boxes of Lego. I won’t book this hotel anymore…

Took my grandson here for his 5th birthday. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful and efficient. Water play pool on first floor was fun. Breakfast buffet was good but very few choices of restaurants who cot to eat local cuisine.

We stayed here to get the full experience for our three kids, all under 8, and it was well worth it. They loved the treasure hunt and the decor. The breakfast buffet was okay, not super amazing, but not bad. We didn’t stay on the weekend and saw very few other people around. Saturday morning when we left it was super busy though. The location is a little odd, there’s very little around besides the hotel and the park. The little shop/restaurant area outside the hotel was mostly closed and what was open closed super early. The nearest convenience store is at the train station, so plan ahead.
