Good place to stay for early flights as it is very close to keisei narita station. going to tokyo it would take around 70 minutes to go to akihabara from here via train. Overall everything was good. Friendly staff and clean. Would stay again.

Clean property. There are three shuttles in the morning and three shuttles in the afternoon to the Narita Airport. It only goes to two terminals but there are free shuttles at the airport to get to another terminal. Amenities are located at the front desk. Free small cosmetic gift for female travelers! Breakfast buffet is small, but has great coffee. They can keep your luggage. Location is close to a big shrine, about a 15 minute walk. Close to a convenience store.

Room was clean and everything was good. Can’t take the shuttle to airport as full of passengers. If you are expecting to take the shuttle bus probably book in advance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Courteous and very polite receptionist. Room size tight for 2 people however it is tokyo so it is ok with us. There is a covered parta connecting the hotel to the restaurant next door, is is convenient during rain. It is a short walk ( around 4 minutes) from kesei-narita east gate. They offer a nice breakfast for guests that have time to stay for a large meal. The check out is fast and they have free coffee and free shuttle bus. I will stay here next time I am narita again.

Rooms can be fairly noisy. The in-suite refrigerator is loud if you turn it on and you can really hear people out in the hallway. Otherwise nice location and clean rooms.
