I have stayed here for more than 15 nights in total. I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Pros: It’s conveniently located near the Tokyo station and there’s some closer Otemachi metro station and JR Kanda station. Staff is extremely friendly and many are available on site, and the hotel is very clean, I like the coffee and snack service at the lobby that is available in the afternoon. There is a 7-eleven 30 seconds walk away from the hotel, where I usually buy breakfast. I also find it a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within 5-10minute walk. Cons: The hotel is quite busy, the elevators are full close to checkout time 11AM, the breakfast area (need to pay) is always full, but there are plenty other options around the hotel if it’s not a Sunday. Many restaurants around are closed on Sundays. There are 2 laundry machines but this too is always full. The main problem is that this hotel seems full every time I visit, I’m sure there are many satisfied customers like myself that return to stay at this hotel.

The air freshner they use has a very heavy fragrance, which was not good for me due to my allergies. I only stayed one night so I stuck it out. If it had been for 2 or more nights, I would have tried to get a room change.

Prior to booking, I read many reviews saying this is in a quieter district without many places open. But since Otemachi station is so close by and you can easily head to Shibuya/Shinjuku or down to Ginza, it wasn’t a problem. Also it’s a short walk from Kanda station where there are more restaurants there. The hotel itself was very clean and their pro save the planet and trying to reduce the use of plastics. As with most hotels in Japan, they offered amenities at the counter for whatever the room didn’t have. The staff was extremely friendly and always tried to help in any way they could. Most spoke enough English to help you check in, and when they couldn’t understand some words, you could always show them a picture or use a translation app. Overall I was very happy with my stay at this location and would definitely come back again.
