We loved our stay at Miyako City Hommachi. The rooms although on the small side, which is pretty standard for Japan, were well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and friendly helpful staff. We will definitely book here again for future visits and would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly at the check-in counter and they were even able to accommodate me for early check-in. Compared to Tokyo, this room was spacious enough for 1-2 people. This hotel is also very close to a subway station, so it makes getting around Osaka much easier.

Excellent breakfast buffet , they serve both Chinese and Western foods, good cappucino and Americano made by order in Halow restaurant on first floor. reception on the second floor, fast check-in and check-out. There is a sitting lounge area to serve free beverages like soft drink, coffee and tea next to the reception area.
We love the bathroom coz it has a separate room for bath tub and shower. It was a relaxing area after a long day. The building is well maintained and very clean. 24 hrs supermarket called Kohyo around the corner plus other family Mart, 7-eleven and Lawson. We enjoyed Katsuya and they served good pork loin cutlet. We were there twice during our 6 nights stay. Will definitely return to this hotel if we return to Osaka in the near future. Short 5 minutes walking to subway. Make sure to use elevator by exit 7 If carrying big luggages..

Fantastic stay. Hotel was immaculate, beautiful lobby, rooms in amazing shape, WiFi super fast. Nice complementary drinks in the lobby. Two blocks to metro, six blocks to shopping area, grocery a block away. Staff super helpful. Love the views from the balconies.

Convenient hotel to stay in terms of location. Clean and more square footage room compared to Tokyo. Walkable to train stations. Close to some restaurants. 7-11 across to get fast and easy needs. Friendly staff as well.

Really like the lounge for guests, easy access, very comfortable and a great place to relax as the guest rooms are small in general in Japan. I was traveling solo on this trip but made new friends with other guests in the lounge. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet there are plenty of convenient stores and 24/7 eateries within walking distance, including a 24/7 market.

Beautiful rooms and lobby. Staff were helpful. Only downsides were the hotel breakfast - overpriced and underwhelming - and for some reason, the cleaners never removed or replaced the used mugs and glasses from our room.
