Front desk was on the second floor without a proper sign. It looked like a modified guest room. The staff was non Japanese, but she didn’t understand English that much. It has a washer inside, but you have to find a lundry mat to dry clothes.

They were small roaches

My stay here was excellent. Huge space. Basically an apartment. Large bedroom, and shower. Laundry, stove, and refrigerator. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, as well. Close proximity to the beach, and business. There’s literally a market across the street. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

There were ants in the room and the water smelled terrible.

Clean and staff was great

口コミ通り、エレベーターが臭い。 シーツにシミがあった。全体的に清潔感が無い。キッチンがあるけど、調理器具も何も無い。せめてティーカップぐらい欲しかった。

No parking for normal cars only Kei car Parking

Close to everywhere I wanted to go.

receptionist didn’t seem to understand English or Japanese which made it hard to communicate when we wanted to extend a night. Also, there seems to be a lot of fees that are not listed in the listing. Parking is not free, there is no housekeeping either. If you request for it, there’s an additional fee to it. Also, the rooms could use abit of an update and a thorough cleaning…

The Hotel was dirty, my room was dirty and the furniture was ripped and old.

The room was dirty, dusty, and poor communication with the hotel staff.

The check in process was easy. The tenant had my name on a log so all I had to do was say who I was and I got the room I paid for. However, you need to park away from the actual hotel.

1. The location is far away from American village, about 25 minutes walk. 2. On the day of arrival, we were told to pay 1500 yen for using the car park for 1 day. This is even more expensive than Rizzan sea park resort at Motobu area. The car park lot reserve for us is very tiny even though we have a bigger car, so the price is definitely unacceptable. 3. One of our sink was jammed and the service staff couldn't solve it, we waited her a long time for about 20 minutes still can't solve. As we want to rush out for dinner, we told her to leave it. Only one word "sorry" from her and dats it. Totally no compensation at all. Very disappointed in their service. 4. The bed is very thin so for the price i paid, i felt that i have overpaid. I will never book any of Mr Kenjo apartment ever again if i go Okinawa. Be warned!!! 5. We were there abit early like 20 minutes early, the service staff just refused to let us check in or leave luggage with them. Every inflexible. Regret booking this apartment with them. Totally no benefits at all. 6. Hotel did not provide bottle drinking water,you have to buy yourself. They charge hotel rate but provide budget inn service standard. I really do not recommend this hotel. Book at your own risk!

ビーチやアメリカンビレッジが近くて便利

アメリカンビレッジのすぐそばというロケーションにしては非常にリーズナブルな料金でよかったです。 ただ、部屋に備え付けと思われる二組の食器のうち、なぜかマグカップだけがひとつしかなかったり、バスマットがなかったりと「？」なところもありました。
