Nice hotel near Narita airport terminal 2-3. They have shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off at terminal 1, 2, and 3. The hotel employees are super nice and polite. I would stay at the Narita Tobu Hotel again the next time I am in Japan.

Booked this after our flight got delayed to arrive at Narita. It was the correct choice. The room is really sufficient for a family of 4 people, close to the airport (taxi costs 1200 yen), but they provide a bus to the airport as well. A really well-maintained hotel, easy to access, and really helped us to get rest after a long flight.

The room is big enough for a family, and the staff are so helpful to the guests. There are buses to and from the airport, so it makes things easier for us. Also, the breakfast is so delicious. Thank you.

Great room with very comfortable beds and breakfast buffet was a must. However the pool was an extra charge and the hours were terrible to use it. Also the supper meal at the hotel was SO expensive but there were no other options.

Good for what was needed! Which was an affordable stay close to the Incheon airport. Shuttle bus to the airport left every half hour. Staff was ready and prepared for a busload of people checking in every half hour. Efficient and quick, minimal wait time to check in.

They charge per person when you booked a 4 bed room even for an 8 year old which is quite different than US. One hour late check out is another 2000yen. You can’t check in until 3pm. Breakfast buffet is quite expensive and not that great, eat at the airport which offers more variety. Pool also needs to pay to enter, and don’t open until 2 or 3pm. The best part of this hotel is walking distance to T3 if you have an early morning flight.
