Location is good 10 minutes away from the metro station and close enough to taxi from shin Osaka train station for like 1000 -15000 yen Rooms are extremely small smaller than the average Japanese room location is convenient. It’s right next to 711 and staff are extremely extremely helpful. It has a cool coffee shop and bookstore around and next to Kansai University.

Nice hotel, not many tourist attractions nearby but the train station is 10 mins walk.
Staff were friendly and helpful 😊
The double room was super compact, comfortable but not for two guests with luggage.
Immediate hot water and heated toilet seat, happy guest but I would stay south of the hotel next time.

Great location, short walk to a main station, lots of restaurants and shops near by, but being 6ft2 the room was very small.
However, the staff were great, the room was clean and it had all you needed after a long day of walking, I’m just use to a bit more space that’s all.

Checking in was fast and it was wonderful that they spoke English. Our room was nice. 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom vent was very dirty. 4 stars because we could not figure out the remote to adjust the climate in our room - even with google translate. It would be nice to have instructions in different languages on how to adjust the climate. For the most part our stay was pleasant and the staff was very nice!

Definitely glad that I stayed here in Umeda, rather than closer to the chaos that is the Dotonbori & Namba areas. The hotel is extremely well located and close to Osaka Station & Metro. Excellent public transport links, food, and shopping nearby. The room condition was a bit worn and exceptionally small & our air conditioner would drip onto the limited floor space that we had. That being said, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and I really appreciated the coffee in the morning! Overall, a decent budget-friendly pick in Osaka.

Coffee shop and convenience stores. -Really small rooms 12 sq meters. -Not recommended for those using wheelchairs. -Nowhere to put suitcases as there is no closet or dresser which made a small room harder to navigate with suitcases and wheelchair taking up space. -Tub has no grab bars and was slippery when wet. -Entry is not accessible, extremely narrow ramp, not wheelchair friendly. Staff were helpful. They had to move suitcases near bar/kitchen to let me in and out of the building as an alternative entry. - No breakfast. -Windows face a busy double decker street. Those on the off ramp had a clear view into the room. /-Window opens, but noisy unless closed...

Bathroom was moldy (tiles and ceiling), and it smelled very strongly of mildew. Room was a bit dusty but not terribly dirty.
Refrigerator didn’t work. Very warm room, and struggled to get the A/C to work properly (though that may have been user error).
On a positive note, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even helped make a reservation for dinner for us which was very helpful.

Overall it was a decent stay but the property could use a little updating and maintenance to improve functionality and cleanliness.I booked a room with 3 twin beds and there were no bedside tables to place cell phones or small items. In addition, the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling probably due to venting issues.

I liked being in Chayamachi. The station was a bit confusing, but the woman in the tourism office in the Hankyu building was fantastic.
The room was fine, but it had a funky smell.
Checkout was super easy.
There are several convenience stores approaching the hotel.
