ただ、部屋のエアコンが寒すぎてよく寝られなかったです。布団を被ると暑いし、剥ぐと寒いと言う感じ。
朝、他の人がいなくなってから温度を少し上げたら快適でした。

清潔で、スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。
共有スペースがとても温かく、寒い外から帰ると、とても快適でした。感謝です！
ただ、お風呂場がどうしても寒いです。お風呂に入って髪を乾かしている間に冷えてしまう。
それだけでした。

人生初めてのドミトリーでしたが、女性ゾーンに入るには鍵があり、セキュリティも確保されている点が良かったです。ただ、空調が女性ゾーンで一つなので、私には温度が高く、でも下げてよいのか気を遣いました。ただ、スタッフの方もとても親切で、清潔感もあり、また小諸に行く機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。

足りない点や不便な面が多い。駅から近いが上り坂。新しく綺麗だが、個人の鍵付きロッカーもなく、布団は自分でセッティングしないといけない。アメニティもあまりない。
スタッフがいつも余裕がなく、ただのカフェスタッフなので、宿泊業の初心者という感じで、分かっていないことが多い。
サービスがかなり足りないし、布団も髪の毛が落ちてたり。スタッフ不在のことも多く、チェックイン前や後の荷物預かりもしてくれないことがあるので、必ず予約前に確認すべき。
特に、カフェが休みの火曜と水曜は、スタッフは不在。荷物預かりもなく、サービスも皆無になるのに、値段は変わらないので、泊まるのを避けるべき。
基本的に、全国の基準だと、このレベルなら1泊2,000円位の宿泊料が妥当。長野ですら、松本でもここと同じ値段のカプセルホテルなら、大浴場もエレベーターも豊富なアメニティ＆ドリンクも24時間荷物預かりも無料のレンタサイクルもあるが、ここは何もないのに、一泊5,000円近くする。基準を知らず、勘違いしてるホステル。

施設は新しいが、個人の鍵付きロッカーすらなく、サービスとコストパフォーマンスが悪い。
通常これ位の質や内容のホステルなら、他県を見ても、大阪ですら一泊2,000円前後が妥当だが、ここは5,000円以上する。
スタッフがいる時間もとても短く、夜21時以降ですらチェックインにプラス料金がかかる。
更に、火曜・水曜は併設のカフェが休みで、スタッフは不在！その為、ゲストは放置プレーで、何のサービスもなく、荷物の預かりすら無し！それにも関わらず、料金は変わらず1泊5,000円以上。本来なら、それなら火曜・水曜は宿泊不可にするか、せいぜい半額以下にすべき。
全体的に、スタッフがホステルの基準が分かっておらず、全国のスタンダードすら分かっていない。
スタッフに色々頼みたくても、全くやる気がないので、普通のホステルやホテルの対応はない。
駅から近いが上り坂だし、色々厄介なので、泊まらない方が良い。

全体的に清潔だった。他の口コミにもあるとおり、朝食が美味しい。
女子ドミしかわからないが、専用のトイレがあり、シャワーが２つあって、カーテンで仕切られているため安心できた。
残念なのは、２階の共有スペースは男性と一緒だが、寒い外のスペースが広くて座れる場所があまりなく、朝はカフェオープンまで混み合った。スリッパを脱ぐ場所が狭く、燃えるゴミのゴミ箱もないため、朝は脱ぎ捨てた使い捨てスリッパが散らかっていた。
カフェ利用と若者ならおすすめです。布団が薄く、部屋も圧迫感を感じ、ある程度稼げるようになったら駅近の温泉付きの宿がいいかなと思いました。

とにかくサービスが悪い。
全国旅しているが、このホステルが一番サービスが悪く問題。
基本カフェらしく、カフェの定休日の火曜・水曜はスタッフが全くいない！その為チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の、荷物の預かりすらしない。更に、スタッフがいないとチェックアウトすら出来ない場合もある。
エレベーターがないので、荷物が多い場合、通常スタッフが2階に運ぶが、それもしない。
定休日以外でも、スタッフは21時から翌朝8時半までいない。
ドミトリー内に個人用のロッカーすらなく、設備も全く整っていない。
それなのに、値段は都心レベルで高い。
他のホステルを沢山知っているので、こんな低レベルで杜撰な状態で、営業をしているのが問題。ホステル業をやる資格がないから、辞めた方が良い。
小諸は本当に良いホテルが全然なくて、困る。

駅から近く、オシャレな感じ。スーパーやコンビニにも近くて便利。洗面所やシャワールームも清潔で、シャワーベッドは3種類に変えられ、シャンプーなどもeco storeので身体に良い。キッチンもあり、無料の麦茶とおやつがある。スタッフもフレンドリー。
ただ、布団に数本髪の毛が落ちていた。布団は自分で敷かないといけず、枕カバーは、カバーではなく、ただ布を枕に置くだけ。
また、エレベーターがないので、大きい荷物はフロントで預かってもらえるが、必要なものを毎回取り出すのが面倒。しかも、フロントは21時まで。
また、ドミトリー内に棚はあるが、鍵付きのロッカーがない。大抵カプセルホテルでも、個人の鍵付きロッカーはあるので、これは直して欲しい。
軽井沢に日帰りで行くにも便利。
