繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。

チェックイン前に予め施設に連絡するように記載がありましたが、連絡するとチェックインに関するメールを送ったので、そっちを見てくださいと。
メールは来てないのでその旨を話すと送ったと言い張り、面倒臭そうに教えてくれましたが、メモいいですか？と言った後スラスラと一方的にいい終わり、とても不親切でした。
しかも施設に入る暗証番号も必要で、メールきてないならどうしようもないのに。
予約してる旨を伝えると、受話器越しで登録してある？いやまだだったわと聞こえてました。
チェックイン時間過ぎてましたが、登録すらされておらず、もし仮に着いてたらと思うと対応が酷すぎ。
建物に入るとフロントがないので備え付けのタブレットでチェックインしますが、これがかなり面倒。
登録するまで部屋も鍵番号もわからず、荷物を持って入口で行う作業ではないです。
部屋はしばらく使っていないのか、部屋に入ると気温２度しかなく、床が冷たくて足をつけていられませんでした。
設置のストーブを全開にして、エアコンで温めようとしましたが、エアコンは冷房と送風のみで暖房機能がなく、ストーブのみで部屋が温まるにはしばらくかかりました。
寝室にはストーブがないので冷えたまま。
寝室を開けた状態で寝るしかなく、部屋が温まると今度は床は結露で濡れて、スリッパなしでは歩けませんでした。
施設自体は綺麗で清潔感がありました。
