Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is wonderful. Corner twin room is great if traveling with big luggages. Our second time here and will certainly come back again.

Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Nice lobby. Was changing hotels but coming back in 4 days - they allowed us to leave our very large check-in bags to pick up when we returned, so that we only had to bring our carry-on with us, that was super convenient. Also after checking out, we could lock up our luggage in the lobby and still explore the area until we had to leave for the airport. Nice and modern hotel too.

We loved Remm Roppongi, we actually cancelled our last hotel and came back to Remm at the end of our trip because we enjoyed the hotel and area so much! The rooms were super clean, the size was more than enough for 2 people! They have multiple options for daily cleaning that allow for eco friendly options!
The front desk staff helped us arrange our Yamato transport and were super friendly when we were asking a million questions!
There’s a cafe and soba restaurant just steps away as well as 4 different train stations within a 5 minute walk! The neighbourhood itself offers beautiful architecture and quiet day time activities and lots of places in the evening if nightlife is more of a vibe!
10/10 would stay again on our next trip!

sleep in Tokyo. Check-in is done through self-serve kiosks, but staff are nearby and ready to help if needed. Note that there’s a small nightly tourism tax to pay upon check-in.
The first room I was given had an unusual smell, but when I brought it up, the manager personally walked me to a new room to ensure everything was satisfactory. The room itself was compact, as expected for this price point in Tokyo. While the linens and bathroom were very clean, some surfaces like the desk could have used a bit more attention.
Room cleaning is only provided if you don’t display the “eco cleaning” sign on your door. Otherwise, they’ll just leave you towels ant the door. Amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and hair brushes are available in the lobby for you to take.
The location is excellent, in tge affluent Tokyo neighbourhood of Roppongi. Plus, the hotel is just steps from Roppongi Station, and a short walk away from many restaurants and bars. The nearest metro exit also has elevator access, making it convenient for those with luggage.

Overall, a nice property. Rooms could use a renovation but not necessary. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. Staff and employees are friendly and helpful

I do not recommend. We spent our last night in Japan here and I woke up with my face and neck completely covered in rash. More bumps subsequently appeared around my forearm and calves. I have no allergies and surmised it’s due to dirty pillows and dirty linen.
After returning home, I saw a doctor who said that the rash is most likely due to contact because of the sequence of events and because they only appeared in exposed areas, but the hotel refused to take any responsibility, saying that they had checked and “there were no insects”, so basically it’s not their business. Very very poor service recovery.

Loved the property. Again, these hotel rooms are smaller as they are Japan Standards. Me and my wife stayed here. It was a little tough with luggage in the room. Outside of that the hotel was fantastic. Great breakfast in the morning at Cedar Cafe. Clean. Lots to do at night if you enjoy Bar Hopping.
Now, whatever you do… don’t use the laundry service. Way way way expensive. Use a laundromat :)

Like the location - a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower is definitely a plus. The room was on the smaller side, but it’s kind of expected in Tokyo.

We booked a room with the Tower view and it was so worth it, amazing view. The massage chair was also a great extra after long days of walking. Generally, nice clean rooms, good breakfast, kind staff. The rooms are a bit tight but this is usual in Tokyo, so it was fine.

The location is convenient to transportation and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The room decor looks a bit tired and the carpet especially looked like it needed cleaning. The room had a double bed but was small and would be tight for two persons with luggage. It was ok for me as a solo traveler.

Great location close to train/bus, delicious food, shopping, and sights of Tokyo Tower lit at night. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful start to the day. Room is small, so you will need to be efficient with your luggage and items.
