Excellent location. The hotel is right in front of the entrance of Kyobashi station (Ginza line). And the massage chair is the best.

Best location, Kyobashi station is located right in front of hotel entrance. The double room got enough space to open big luggage, clean, soundproofed, good selection of pillows, shower is great and massage chair is huge plus! 💯

The location is very convenience.. go outside the hotel is the subway station.. convenience store is just around the corner.. The room is very clean and they have a massage chair in the room.. super cool.. the whole breakfast buffet menu was very good.. overall it was a very good experience. will be back to the hotel.. Highly recommended

A great stay at Remm Kyobashi during our trip to Japan. Easy check-in & check-out. The room was super clean, and they even provide a massage chair, very convenient after a super long walk. Another thing we love: the location itself. Access to Kyobashi Station is just right in front of Remm. Will definitely be back here again.

I spent 4 days at this Hotel, the location is strategic (walking distance to Tokyo station, cafes, restaurants, shops) it's not hard to find what you need around it. The room is also decent for Tokyo, I bring 2 large luggages, 1 cabin luggage and bags, and there is still enough room to enjoy. The cleanliness is also superb. The staffs are helpful. They also can arrange luggage deliveries. I would definitely come back!

I loved the location of this hotel. It was literally steps away from the Kyobashi station on the Ginza line, which made my life so much easier. The hotel is also located right in between two 7-elevens. The room itself was a standard sized room for Tokyo and it was clean. I appreciated how there was an eco-clean clean option during my stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a safe, convenient, and clean hotel close to Tokyo Station. Thanks so much to the staff here for making my stay a great one!

Excellent price and in a good location , walking distance from Tokyo station in 5 mins. I spent a night here causing by delay of flight but i was lucky to find this cozy and convenient hotel.

The hotel provided a great room albeit it was very small. I think that the room did not need the massage chair because it was already taking up space. Nevertheless, it was close to the subway and train station which made it easier to get to different parts of Tokyo. The food was not too bad because it was a buffet and you can eat enough to prepare for your excursion. Just make sure that you prebook it. If I were to come back to Tokyo, I would be happy to stay there again.

I stayed previously at another hotel (good too) but Remm will now be my number 1 choice in Tokyo. Great price to quality ratio. A short walk from main Tokyo station and train to Narita airport. For city travel, the hotel is laterally on the doorstep of the metro station, taking you directly to key places like Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara or Asakusa. There is a 7-11 dowstairs for 24h snacks. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Well working and super quiet a/c (tested during hot Tokyo summer!). The rooms are not large but decent size for Japanese standards. Ah, and the breakfast is very good too :-)

Excellent location, courteous staff, spacious rooms by Tokyo standards and up-to-date.
We stayed in July 2025 in the corner, twin rooms with great views of Ginza and unmatched access through the subway entrance right in front of the hotel.
Relatively quiet despite being in the heart of Ginza. Soundproofing is great so you barely hear other rooms’ sounds and only get nominal street noise.
The bathrooms are quite spacious in the corner units and the views are better as well- strongly recommend upgrading to these.
