All the staff were very amazing. From check-in until check-out, all the staff gave my husband and me excellent service. When checking in, I had so many delivery packages, and the staff had already arranged them in my room. Brilliant service. ❤️

Easy check-in and check out process, staffs are very helpful. The hotel is located near Senso-Ji Temple, just 2 mins walk and next to Don Quijote. Also nearby there is a Tsukuba Express station (with elevator access, we travel with children and stroller so that's a huge help) that can take us easily to Tokyo Station with just few transits. Uniqlo directly at lower floor and some restaurant. And more street dining experience just 1 min walk to hoppy street. Overall, great hotel!

The hotel is attached to the Uniqlo building, and the Don Quixote store is just across the street. It's just a walking distance to Sesonji Temple Asakusa. The train station is just 600m away, with so many options of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is also very helpful and provides clear information we need. You can find a free-flow coffee machine in the lobby. We definitely will come back again.

Location was really excellent so much within walking distance. That was great for me as a senior. Also beds were not the usual rock hard you find in Asia. They were okay slightly softer than usual. Breakfast was really good good choices. I was the only one in the room but it was quite a reasonable space for Japan.

Staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was super central for the senso ji temple and lots of amazing food around. It’s situated on top of a Uniqlo which was a great bonus. Safe and quiet even though it was a very busy area. Don Quiote was a 2min walk!! Very convienent and they were open 24/7. Lawson and 7/11 Were in close proximity to the hotel for those late night cravings They had welcome drink hour and drinks from certain time frames were free during those hours- water, juice, beer, calpsio with some nuts. Great to have when it’s crazy hot and you’ve just returned from a hot day of sight seeing and shopping. Loved the amenities. Only place to have face masks out of all the hotels i booked. Also very helpful when it came to needing to understand the different ways to Narita airport.
