Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast option at the Royal Host Restaurant connected to the hotel.

Very conveniently located close to Yokohama Station and the various shopping centres surrounding it. The market below the hotel as well as the Family Mart across the street are also a plus.
The room was nice and clean, and the staff were also super helpful with any requests, such as sending luggage to my next destination!

Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Service is wonderful and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of it all just down from Yokohama Station. Check-in was easy and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes after I walked through the door. Amenities are fabulous: they have everything you’d need besides your clothes. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m back in Yokohama this summer.

Very near 5mins walk to Yokohama station metro exit and from there u can travel to many places via JR or local train. Also very walkable to many major shopping malls. Breakfast spread was decent and coffee was amongst the best as compared to other hotels we stayed in during this trip

Location of hotel is amazing, jus 2 min walk from N.west exit of Yokohama station.
Check in was smooth and the check out was using self-service kiosk.
Room has all the basic amenities and size is just right for family of four.
Toiltries and tea bags available at lobby.
