I found this hotel to be the best in Japan. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great food on the spot, good price. Big bathz Very Very Hot water at all times. CAFE ON SITE!!
Nice Japanese style viewing garden on site.
Convince store a block away is the only thing near the hotel.
The location is not good if you want to walk around and see sights, but taxi service cost us less than 1000 yen so $6.64 USD!
I your going to be in Nagoya, this is a great hotel!

It was beyond our expectations with the price we were charged. Room price is excellent so that we can afford to pay the breakfast which is also great selections.

施設には不満は有りません、とても快適に過ごさせて頂きました。
ただ、最寄り駅からの距離が少々ネックですね、駅前にタクシー乗り場は有りますが混んでると少々厄介でしたね、ホテルは全く申し分有りません、とても快適でした。

訂了三間房，要求安排同層雙連房方便照顧老人，都能做到！
但三間店間冷氣只有吹洗手間門口，在房間內感覺不到有冷氣全在，還要住前台借用風扇，三間房間異味強烈，但不是烟味而是發黴臭味，衛生程度好差及走廊中央無冷氣！

ツインルームに泊まりましたが、ユニットバスと洗面所トイレセットが狭いのは仕方がないかもしれませんが、出入り口の段差が大きく工夫が必要です。
朝食のブッフェは食べ物の品数が少々物足らない。ジュースなど飲み物は揃っていましたが・・・。

チェックインが深夜12時を過ぎてしまうかと思い電話して確認したところとても親切ない対応で不安が一掃されました。大型の観光バスが数台来ていたので騒がしいかもと思いましたがそんな事は全くありませんでした。高層階でしたから夜景がとても綺麗に見られたのも良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

台風の影響で新幹線が止まり、宿泊
駅から遠いこともあり、泊まれたことは非常に良かったが
周辺に飲食店が少ないこと、最寄駅は徒歩30分以上にて
バスの活用は必須、その辺りは不便に感じた
