Sapporo Stay Nakajima Park

The corner of kitchen is sharp and narrow ,which is dangerous for people crossing.

Great place, I'd rather not sing its praises too much because I want to book it again the next time I visit Sapporo XD. How selfish of me.

Loved the Nakajima Park location. Visited Smooch Coffee every morning. Needed help from neighboring MyStays, they were very helpful and kind.

The apartment was nice and big, however the bathroom had black mold in it and the window didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. My daughter did wet the bed, which they replaced but then charged me ¥2,000 because they don’t usually replace the linens. So I would not recommend this place.

Good location

I love how the property was very spacious and close to the Nakajima Park. The walk to the train station was close by and super convenient. There was a bus that you could take in the mornings that takes you directly to the airport if you have a morning flight. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group. Only downfall is that they have no reception, but we didn’t need one.

Very nice memory and experience

Over all process from the booking to checkout was so smooth even for a single moment we didn't think about anything. The property is well maintained and very neat and clean it feels like you are staying your own apartment in a different location it was tht comfortable

Sometimes the light of entrance was off , so it will be a little bit difficult for finding the entrance. The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . I followed the instruction from the site. One of the best place for the staying around here.

何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。 今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。 加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。

Honestly good property for staying. At the making reservation, they should inform the process of checking in which is required for taking photos of themselves after entering room. The note inside room explains the process how to check out has wrong information. It makes guests be confused.

The accommodation was very comfortable with a full range of appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and amenities like slippers and toothbrushes provided. However, despite staying for several days, only one set of towels was supplied. When I inquired about this, I was advised to wash and reuse the towels in the washing machine, but they did not dry quickly. It would be ideal if the number of towels provided matched the length of the stay.

Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days.

เป็นระบบ self check in ซึ่งสะดวกดีมาก แต่ต้องอย่าลืมติดต่อกับเจ้าของห้องก่อนเข้าพักเพื่อรับรหัสผ่าน เจ้าของห้องติดต่อได้รวดเร็ว ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ตัวห้องดีใช้ได้ ไม่มีที่จอดรถฟรี แต่มีที่จอดรถเสียเงินไม่ไกลมากจากที่พัก และต้องเดินประมาณหนึ่งกว่าจะถึงสถานีรถไฟ ซึ่งคิดว่าจุดนี้ไม่ค่อยโอเท่าไหร่ แต่นั่งแท๊กซี่มาจากแถวๆ Sapporo station ก็800-900¥ ก็โอเคถ้านั่ง 4 คน โดยรวมก็ดี แต่เทียบกับ location ก็คิดว่าราคาแพงไปหน่อย

Good for family and group. Comfortable room and clean.

The property location is quite convenient and quiet. The amenities in the apartment are complete and clean. Overall, highly recommended!

It was very good, but I didn’t know that I have to fill information before arriving and the form didn’t allow me to fill all the information. I have to do it 3 times. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to get in.

The hotel needs some maintenance like furniture, wall paper, etc:

ホテルではないので、上の階の足音が響いて夜眠れなかった。すぐにメールをして宿泊者に連絡をしてもらいましたが、翌日も同じように生活音が気になりました。
