Central location is key. Can walk to subway or even JR station without going outside. Very good sound isolation. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good view on my 14th floor north facing room. The 18th floor patio is very nice and has WiFi but does not allow any food or drink. Breakfast buffet I had once and it was good but I think it’s more fun to try local food places instead. Laundry is nice to have but the dryer takes more time than I expected at first but I hear that’s fairly common in Japan. The one real downside is that the gym is fairly limited on free weights and machines. The dumbbells are singles not pairs and max out at 10kg.

The room was clean and amenities were great. I loved being on top of the mall with great food court and groceries below. Right outside subway too- very central location but flip side of that coin was street noise at night. We had a room with a view of the city too so it’s a trade off in the visual and audio urban experience.

Hotel stream was a great choice. We ate free breakfast before heading out on our way out. The hotel has on the lower floors great places for shopping and eating at restaurants.
The rooms were very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sapporo stream hotel was in an excellent location for all things that you could want to do in Sapporo. Many options within walking distance and public transport a stones throw away.
The staff and amenities were excellent, the room was clean and a comfortable stay.
We would definitely come back here next time.
