The room is spacious compare to other hotel in japan, so definitely value for money. The location is also near kyoto station, walking distance is under 10 minute. Overall, I have a pleasant stay at there. Highly recommended.

This super-complete guesthouse, for long stays in Kyoto, really. Distance from Kyoto Station 10 minutes walk, we every morning pp at 7 at home at 11 pm doesn't feel like walking. The facilities are complete according to the description, only for the kitchen utensils provided there is only a gas stove kettle and 2 cups if you want more, you can rent 500 yen during your stay there. Oh yes, for the washing machine, there is no detergent, but if you want it, I can get it, yeah, we brought it, so we don't need to bother, "look for the detergent, if you want to dry in the bathroom, you can set the dryer, after cleaning, wake up, get up, dry, wake up, all morning. Japanese, but calm, there is a guidebook for using English, the service is really bouncy, the receptionist can speak English, the price is crazy, it's not comparable to the facilities, especially when using a promo from traveloka, yesterday we stayed for 4 days and on the 3rd floor, sports every day days because going up the stairs to 3 floors honestly this is really tired because you bring a big size 3 suitcase "when you go down crazy where should I go slow" don't be noisy. In the middle of the night, there are also some small restaurants around there, Oiyaa, yesterday we arrived at 1 pm and then we were able to check in at 4, it's really hopeless today We went back to Kyoto Station to nitipin the suitcase, it turned out that the receptionist if possible to get the suitcase and immediately put it in our room, but we were only allowed to enter the room at 4 o'clock.

The accommodation is more like a guest house, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is a kitchen, a washing machine, the receptionist is mostly young and fluent in English.

Pleasant experience. it is not difficult to find it, only the distance with the finger station requires a 7-minute walk. But the distance of the bus stop is very close. Located in the middle of the settlement, so it becomes an experience in living in a quiet Kyoto neighborhood. The rooms are far beyond the standard of lodging in Japan. Complete facilities, available washing machines and kitchens that can be used freely. The concierge was very friendly and helpful too. Will return here if visiting Kyoto again.

Nice clean place. There are kitchens, washing machines, complete clothes basins, there is laundry soap and dishwashing soap, unfortunately the walk to Kyoto Station is a little more than 20 minutes.

The room is very spacious with a fridge, washing machine, gas stove, computer but no spoons, dishes, pots. Therefore cannot cook

Very good location and convenient. I absolutely will stay in this place once I visit Kyoto again.

Very good facilities, there are washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen set, computer & tv. Even they provide soap & detergent for free. The spacious of the room make us comfort.

Clean new rooms with plenty of amenities including washing machine with powder. Close enough to everything. 9 to 5 reception very nice with good English and helpful. Definitely recommend.
