The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was immaculate. The location is very convenient. Literally across the street from Shinagawa Station, which made it incredibly easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa Station is also not as crazy as Shinjuku Station or Shibuya Station.

N-tower is the farthest hotel from the parking, but it is the closest to the station. The room is bigger than the ones in East tower, and I like this better.
There are multiple restaurants around, shopping mall just in front of the hotel, and a convenience store just behind.
There is a breakfast service which is enough for a quick bite.
The check in service works well, but they also have staff available.

Breakfast is a joke but who needs it with 7/11 at the gate?
I keep staying in this hotel due to fair price and grate train and Shinkansen location

It’s very near to trains, making it convenient for travel. We only stayed 1 night as a base prior to leaving for Osaka next morning.
The rooms/bathrooms are small, but efficient. It’s non-smoking but I think it must have been a smoking room we were in at one point.
The check in was smooth, we actually upgraded to a room with bigger bed.
The breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, toast, etc. With nice juice and coffee machine for lattes, cappuccino.

I use this hotel because of its location near Shinagawa station and its business center. N tower includes a simple breakfast, which is nice. For a nice breakfast, I also recommend the buffet at the Shinagawa Prince Main Building for an extra fee.

Terrible experience, the restroom had a smelly odor. I played a lot of money for the food they gave in the morning. It was terrible and not to mention all my kids and I got bugg bites.

Excellent location- right next to shinagawa train station which is a major station you can use to access Shinkansen trains as well as local lines. We also enjoyed the attached aquarium and shops/ restaurants. However, the rooms were the smallest of our 4 hotels in Japan and the bathroom is tiny. It felt a bit like a cruise ship room and bathroom. We did enjoy the lounge. Because the room is so tiny it was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day and go grab a free drink and talk in that space. For us, it was a good hotel for the time we were there as we didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. There were significantly less amenities at this hotel than any other we stayed at. However, they warned of that so I brought extras from another hotel.
