Great accommodation option in Tokyo in terms of transport access,and services. Excellent focus on customer service, comfortable and clean rooms with amenities required for the stay.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is in a calm, green area near the harbour, provides an excellent selection of amenities, and even has a self-service luggage storage room. Everything was clean and immaculate, and the room was spacious.

The room is small but has enough space for two people. The staff is very helpful from the moment I checked in. The check in and check out process is through a kiosk and the staff is here if you need any help. I liked how it was close to two different train stations and other shops.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, particularly if you’re looking to save some money by booking outside Tokyo central; however it is more aimed towards a commercial hotel that is not as tourist friendly as it looks. Stayed in a room that was smoke-free and could smell clear remnants of smoke, AC could only go to as low as 20 and would be not acceptable in 25-30+ degree weather. Room was tidy however very outdated. Staff however were very professional and helpful.

Close to the metro, peaceful and quiet, nice breakfast and dinner option in the hotel. Make sure to buy your breakfast ticket at the front desk. It is cheaper there. Wonderful staff.

Have a premium room on top floor 2004, good size but terrible smell. Safe deposit box did not work. Staff are helpful but cannot get rid of smell.
Later on figure out it was from ventilation system, so turn off air conditioning and open windows helps.

Over all it was a great stay and I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel.
Pros:
-extremely clean everywhere
-lots of free amenities like PJs, hygienic products, even hair brushes, toothbrushes, hair ties etc..
-we had a premium room which came with a foot massager that came in handy after long days of walking
-there is a convenience store inside the hotel and about 4 more in close vicinity to the hotel
-extremely close to 3 public transport stations
-you can request a seat on a free Disney resort shuttle which will take you directly from the hotel to both of the park entrances (needs to be booked at reception in advance)
-there were washing machine rooms on multiple floors of the hotel where you can wash and dry your clothes for small charge (make sure to bring 100 yen coins!)
Cons:
-despite being huge hotel catering to foreigners, most of the staff struggled to compose basic sentences in English. This made communication bit of a struggle and honestly sometimes it made us feel like we were being a nuisance to them even tho we tried our best to translate our requests to Japanese and be polite about it.
-cleaning of the room was advertised to be done every 3 days automatically but our room did not get cleaned unless we requested it. It’s not a big problem but it’s confusing given the fact there were signs posted in the room advertising automatic cleaning service.
-the metro pass is not valid for the train lines around the hotel, only valid ticket is Suica card

Very little English spoken throughout the hotel...no Spanish. Italian or French...I tried all 3. The rooms are Very small, and that was for the superior room. Great location for the metro, and great value compared to downtown Tokyo. We enjoyed our evenings in a less crowded part of Tokyo with many restaurants in walking distance. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

Rooms are small if you have 2 beds so plan accordingly. A family of 4 would be very tight.

Everything was wonderful the only thing i could be upset about with our room is the air conditioning with the room as it was usual warm in our room even though we had it as low as it would go. But we loved the closeness to the train stations and we loved the continent store inside the hotel as we'd go in there often during our visit. I would definitely stay again.
