ปัญหาคือเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ เพราะทางเราก็ไม่ทราบว่าจะรับกุญแจยังไง เพราะไม่มีคนอยู่ที่อพาร์ทเม้นท์ คำตอบตอบคือต้อง email ไปหาทางอพาร์ทเม้นท์เพื่อขอรับ password ซึ่งตอนจองไม่มีบอกว่าต้องทำไงบอกแค่ว่าติดต่อก่อนเข้าพัก แต่ไม่บอกอิเมลล์โรงแรม แต่ห้องเขาคือดีนะ ฝาก ระบบจัดการด้วยนะคะ ย้ำว่าโทรไปถามแต่เขาพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ ครั้งเดียวพอ(รบกวนระบุ email ของโรงแรมที่จะให้ลูกค้าติดต่อ ใน booking เลยว่าหลังจากที่จอง เมลล์ไปของ password 🔑เข้าประตูที่ email นี้) ถ้าไม่ได้สาวญี่ปุ่นคนนั้นคงแย่ 😆 แต่ถ้าพูดญี่ปุ่นได้คงไม่มีปัญหา
