家族旅行で利用させて頂きました。今まで色々なタイプの宿泊施設を利用しましたが部屋の間取りが和洋折衷な感じで印象に残りました。ホテル前にはコンビニがありますが国道の向い側になるので信号機のある歩道まで少し歩きます。夜は静かで快適に眠れました。フロントの方々も終始、笑顔で対応して頂けました。また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

アップグレードしたのはいいが、部屋の温度が寒くて暖まるのに2時間かかった。足元が特に冷えて温度が循環していないのか、窓から冷気が漏れているのか分からない。
部屋チェンジの際、フロント係が荷物を持ってくれなかった事に不便を感じた。接客も適当に質問に答えるなど、誠実さを感じさせず印象に残らない。コンシェルジュが居ないのが残念だった。本当に美味しいお店の一つや二つ名前が言える程、リサーチや日頃の努力が誠意あるサービスに繋がるのではないか。

翌日に車で小豆島にわたるためフェリーを利用しましたが、乗船場所まで15分ほど、道順もわかりやすく高松駅からは多少距離はありますが、高立地にあると思いました。
