Staff at property were excellent. The room was excellent as well spacious for Tokyo standards and comfortable. 4 people slept great. The bathroom too was excellent with a surprisingly spacious shower. Finally the complementary breakfast was also quite delicious. Would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Decent breakfast, though not many tables to eat at. Good coffee/latte maker in the lounge. Rooms are small Japanese style. Beds were VERY hard! I could feel th springs coming through the bed I was in. Also, these rooms are only big enough for two adults and maybe one small bed sharing child. twin beds small!

obviously a well traied staff and hotel. I do apartment maintenance and everything worked good, showers drains plumbing electrical, all in good order no leaks shower on floor. breakfast was good Western style with a few Asian mix. They must do a good tour bus business here I would expect since says they've had over a million visitors. I was expecting a small hotel but it did not seem overwhelmingly big to my surprise. overall I give them good ratings and the staff was pleasant. would stay again

Room was good, and there are a good number of plugs for various electronic devices. The included breakfast is very good, and offers an excellent variety of different meat and vegetarian options daily with fresh fruit and salad. Washing machines were adequate but dryers were poor and unable to handle drying the washed loads. Plan to hang your laundry or take it to another dryer a few blocks away. No laundry hanging cord as in other business hotels to help you dry your laundry; you are limited to the few hangers and towel bar.

Pros: - Clean room - Relaxing lounge area - Multilingual staff - Proximity to food options - Unlimited automatic espresso machine use - Nice water pressure on the shower - Quiet neighborhood Cons: - Beds and pillows are hard like most hotels - Hotel does not accept incoming packages (such as from Amazon), which led to a lot of frustration for my stay - Short window for breakfast: 7am to 9am - Relatively high cost for breakfast compared to the area’s offerings - No bathtub for soaking - Entrance ramp is very small, not large enough if you have an ADA sized wheelchair.

Note that the property was under renovations, we didn't know until closer to the time of our travel, also room and property were clean but we were always asking for more toilet paper and to empty garbages. Breakfast was decent but could have used more fruit items, only ever two choices, would have been nice to have a fruit bowl of apples to take one with you. Even more varieties of bread, like bagels would have been nice other than just white bread.

felt very expensive for the location and amenities, upon arrival room was ridiculously hot(heat on all day), and only thing staff could suggest was bringing a small fan to circulate hot air, windows only opened about a quarter inch so took a full day to bring temperature down

Great place to stay!! Hotel amenities were wonderful. Fresh water, coffee and tea available anytime. Great for early morning risers. They had a light snack out in the afternoon, nice touch. Bathroom amenities plentiful. All of the Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and bedding. Neighborhood is great area for drinking and food. Right near the Harry Potter train station too.
