We had an outstanding stay at The St. Regis Osaka. Beautiful room with stunning views and impeccable attention to detail. The service was truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and consistently above expectations. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high-quality options that made each morning a pleasure. A truly memorable experience!

Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.

This hotel was well situated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The concierge services were hit or miss. Our room (18th floor) was spacious and comfortable but had a bit of age on it. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. Oddly, breakfast was not as good. Possibly an American centric critique, but the coffee was not good (weak flavor). Overall our stay was fine but I don’t think I would book again.
