Our experience was by far the best that we have had at hotels. The check in was smooth and efficient which gave us more time to enjoy the rest of the day. You can enter the Subway right on the corner with and enjoy coffee at the shop next to entrance. We left for Osaka and they held 2 pieces of our luggage for 6 days.

The property was great and very convenient to be able to get around Tokyo. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of accessible options within the hotel. Their room was nice and had what we needed.

They have generous amenities you get to choose in the lobby such as hair mask, bath salt, face steamer, hair iron etc. All staff were very pleasant. It’s next to the Totsuka station and walkable to many shops but once you step in the hotel, it’s very quiet. Under bed storage space was helpful to keep my two large suitcases out of the way.

Tokyu Stays are not all the same. We stayed in them from Sapporo to Fukuoka so I believe I know what I'm talking about. This Tokyu Stay has a lovely cafe in the front that's open for a limited time for breakfast and in the afternoon for lunch. The best part of this hotel is that it's located across the street from a new JR station that has the Yamanote line and the JK line. It's also very close to bus lines that will take you all over the city easily and one of the lines is the first pick up which ends in Shibuya. So at the very least for transportation, this is wonderful hotel. There's not much around the hotel; even the 7-11 is a good 10 minute walk, but there a Daily Yamazaki around the corner about 4 mins away. It's a perfect hotel for those who care mostly about having easy access to transportation and a quiet place to return home to. There is construction across the street that isn't noisy, but it does affect your walking path especially if you choose to walk to Tamachi instead of taking the JR lines. As with all Tokyu Stays I find the beds very hard, but that's a matter of preference. The washer/dryer was exactly what we needed during our stay as it was in the summer and our clothes needed to be washed almost daily. The staff was very helpful when we needed a ride to the airport and helped us flag down a taxi as the driver missed the hotel even when we ordered the ride via an app. Overall, if I were with family again, I would choose to stay here.

Tokyu stay is right around the corner from the subway exit. There is a family mart and a few restaurants that close at midnight. The room is a little bigger than other hotels, and they have a washer/dryer and provide laundry soap, as well as change your towels and robes for free, but they do not clean the bathroom, bathtub nor make or wash your bed sheets if less than a week. There is an option to have them clean it for a fee. I like staying here because of the quietness of the street, rooms are bigger, safe, washer/dryer and microwave in room and the subway just 5 min away from the hotel, but the rug is not as clean, and the anemities and disposable room shoes are in the lobby area. Staff are great, and certain ones speak fluent english.

2min walk to the Keikyu Line station, convenient for both Narita and Haneda airports. Cute cafe in front of the lobby where guests can hang out and eat the delicious bentos from the bento/ coffee shop nearby. Nice room with sitting area, sink, coffee cups. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved the washer and dryer that came with the room! We used it every second night because of how humid and sweaty we felt after a day of exploring. It was super handy having it in the room ready for use anytime and we didn’t need to go anywhere else to do laundry! Staff were friendly and helpful! The room was decently roomy to fit 2 large suitcases, 2 backpacks and 2 carry-ons (which I think would be the max) for two people. I would definitely come back to stay with Tokyu Stay when I come back to Tokyo! This location specifically was super close to the Asakusa and KS line station (5 mins or less walk) which made it easy to get access to the JR line (1 transfer) to go to Shibuya or anywhere really. If you walk 14 mins you can just take the JR line as well.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. This is an eco aware hotel, so you dont get a daily room clean (I believe the room will be claened once a week for longer stays), but you can have daily towel exchange and trash clean out by placing the appropriate magnetic card on the door before 11am. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to Sengakuji station (TOEI Subway) for the Asakusa line (A) and Keikyu Main Line (KK) and maybe about a 10 minute walk to Takanwa Gateway Station (JR East Railway) for the Yamanote line (JY) and Keihin-Tohoku Line (JK), making it very easy to travel around Tokyo and beyond. You can travel to and from Narita airport in about 1hr 30mins on the Asakusa line or to and from Haneda airport on the Keikyu Main Line in around 20mins. Also, if you like the story of the 47 Ronin, the Sengaku-ji temple is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel!
