This budget friendly hotel is ideal for travelers needing a clean and comfortable place to stay. They serve breakfast which makes it super convenient to get you started on your day. Our room was small and the bed was harder than what I’m used to. The proximity to the train station was a short walk. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the basics.

I and my daughter reserved a room months ago. When we check in our room, there is only one pillow and amenities only for one person. I expect they should have prepared for 2 guests stay in the hotel instead.

This is the perfect kind of hotel where you stay when you want something convenient, without flashy things.
The feee breakfast was insanely delicious and copious (6:30 till 9ish), the staff super nice and helpful and the room spacious.
Everything you might find in your room is in the lobby (tea, coffee, ice, microwave...)
One thing to note, if you are a light sleeper, the train tracks are a block away and you can hear the trains. It's not invasive, but some people would be affected.

To be fair, Atami seems to be a popular tourist destination, which means less value for the same price as less traveled places. After coming from a hotel in Shimoda with an amazing view of the sea, this hotel felt like a let down. The room was nothing special, but it’s fine if you just want a place to sleep, bathe, and charge your devices.
Some bright spots: The location is not far from the station, the complimentary breakfast buffet was good, this hotel partners with a nearby hotel for discounted onsen access, and the front desk helped us change rooms to escape the snoring of our upstairs neighbor.
I would probably only stay here again if there was a sale price, but I would look for other options first.

Arrived early and was able to store luggage until check in time. Check in process was through a automated terminal with staff available to guide you through the process. Nice clean functional room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Hotel is about 3 blocks from train station where there were restaurants.

The hotel is just 3 mins walk from Atami station and it is good to provide light breakfast. For shopping & eating, it is better to walk back to Atami station. The room is clean & tidy and typical Japan’s room size (small) but it is good for stay 1-2 nights. The restaurant for breakfast is at 1F (a bit small) which is the same as the check-in counter & the street entrance of the hotel. Free coffee provided but have strange with limited hours (not 24 hours).
